Similar to the Wraith stunner rifle, the pistol emits a smaller energy charge. As the name suggests, the pistol is more compact than the rifle, fitting easily into the side-arm holster. It is similar in shape to an Earth pistol, with a grip, trigger and 'barrel' which emits the stun pulse. There is an opening in the side of the weapon which presumably contains the power source.
